Program Director/Performance Coach
Harley grew up in Deville, Louisiana and attended Buckeye High School, where he played football and competed in powerlifting.
Through his athletic experience, Harley realized his true passion was training and decided to enter a career in fitness at 20 yrs old, while majoring in Kinesiology at Louisiana State University.
He worked for several gyms in Alexandria before becoming the manager at Built by Don Fields, while continuing to do personal training there and assist in running the summer strength and conditioning camps. He served there for ten years before leaving to start his own fitness and nutritional coaching company and direct the youth fitness program for the Alexandria Housing Authority. He also served as the staff trainer at Planet Fitness.
He has been training athletes and clients of all different varieties for 18 years now. He specializes in strength training, speed training, group fitness, mobility improvement, physical rehabilitation and overall fitness training. He is also a certified nutritionist that does diet and nutritional coaching for bodybuilding and physique competitors, as well as anyone trying to lose weight.
Harley is very excited to be here at Peak Fitness and Performance so that he can not only improve young athletes physical performance, but also have a positive impact on their lives.
